We ship worldwide from multiple fulfilment centres to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Where We Ship From

We currently fulfil orders from:

  • United Kingdom – Nail polish, metal nails, powders

  • United States – Nail polishes

Your order may ship from our fulfilment centre closest to your delivery address, depending on stock availability and location.

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days

United States

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days
    (This service is standard shipping only.)

Other Regions

  • Nail polish is not currently shipped outside the UK and US due to transport restrictions (we are working on this).

  • Custom manufacturing: 3–5 weeks
    (This includes printing, finishing, quality checks, and packaging.)

European Union, United States & Rest of World

  • Shipping time depends on destination: typically 4–20 business days
    (Customs processing may add extra time.)

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices shown include UK VAT where applicable.

Split Shipments

If your order contains items stocked in different warehouses (e.g., glow powders and nail polish), it may arrive in multiple parcels. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking

All orders include tracking where available. Tracking links are sent automatically by email once your order ships.

Issues With Your Delivery

Notes for Certain Products

  • Powders: Extremely high demand and strict packaging requirements may extend and delay dispatch during busy periods.

  • Nail Polish: Some international destinations restrict flammable goods. We are currently only are able to ship within the UK and US.

  • 3D Printed Metal Nails: Made-to-order items may take slightly longer to process.
