How to use
NAIL PREP: While Cosmic turtle will stick to bare nails, we recommend a base coat with this polish for perfect adhesion. For guaranteed best results use our BASIS base coat.
APPLICATION: Shake the bottle hard until you can hear the mixing balls rattling inside, then shake for a further minute before application.
PROTECTION: Cosmic turtle is a gloss finish polish. To protect the deep glossy hard-wearing finish, we'd recommend a layer of our own GLOSS LACQUER on top.

The colour is stunning but it's not a nice finish. It's really thick and lumpy, no matter how fine you apply. Once dried it's rough and just not nice. For the expensive price I expected a lot better.
