How to use
How to use
NAIL PREP: Matte lacquer can be applied over any polish to get a matte effect. We recommend starting with our BASIS base coat, followed by the colour of your choice.
APPLICATION: Once your colour is touch dry, apply a single layer starting from the middle and smooth out with 2-3 strokes.
